For reference, besides we accepting reservation via agoda.com, we also accept booking via phone and whatsapp. But all booking via call n sms or whatsapp required booking as minimum RM50.00.
1st, customer shall contacted 0125971467 / 0126271467 to check date availability.
2nd, D’ Raudha will give client booking template contain information such as account deposit , customer name, expected ETA and total guest. The reason D’ Raudha required informations to update our database booking system and provide extra toto if required.
3rd, customer will received sms acceptance of booking from D’ Raudha.
4th, During date arrived..D’raudha will informed meeting place, our personell will accompany guest to homestay and show guest our facilities offered.
5th, Balance of Homestay fee shall be paid during check in.
6th, During check out at 2pm, guest will informed D’Raudha personell and inspection on homestay conducted.
p/s: for late check in and late check out, guest shall informed D’Raudha.
